Unlike many design studios, we have extensive hands-on print production experience built up over 25 years. That means when you come to us for print design, you’re working with someone who genuinely understands the process from brief to finished product.

We check everything: bleed, margins, colour profiles, resolution, file formats. We recommend the right paper stocks and finishes for the job. And if you need us to manage the print run as well as the design, we can do that too.

The result? Artwork that prints exactly as intended, first time.

Discovery & Brief

We start with a conversation, by phone or in person, to understand your business, your audience and what you need the design to do. The better the brief, the better the outcome.

Concept & Design

I create clear design concepts based on your brief. For logos, you'll receive four initial concepts to review. For other projects, you'll see a proof before anything is finalised.

Refinement

Your feedback shapes the final design. I work with you through revisions until the design is exactly right, not just close enough.

Final Artwork & Delivery

Final files are supplied in all the formats you need, vector files for print and signage, raster files for web and social media. Everything labelled, everything print-ready.



Do you only work with local businesses?

No while we’re based in South Gloucestershire and work with lots of businesses in Bristol, Bath and the surrounding area, we take on projects from clients across the UK. Design work can be done entirely remotely with no impact on quality.

Can you handle both design and print?

Yes. I design the artwork and can manage the print process for you sourcing the right printer, specifying materials and checking proofs. This is particularly useful if you’re not sure what you need or want someone to take it off your hands completely.

What file formats will I receive?

For logos and brand work you’ll receive vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for use in print and signage, plus raster files (PNG, JPG) for web and social media in both colour and mono versions. For print artwork you’ll receive a print-ready PDF. You’ll always receive files in every format you’re likely to need.

How many revisions do I get?

I work with you until the design is right. I don’t count revisions, good design is a collaborative process and I’d rather get it right than rush to a finish. For larger projects I’ll discuss a reasonable revision process at the briefing stage.

How long does a logo design take?

Typically 1–2 weeks from a full brief. I’ll give you a realistic timeframe at the start of every project based on current workload and the complexity of what’s needed.

What information do you need to get started?

For a logo, I’ll need to understand your business, your target audience, any brands you admire (and any you want to avoid), your colour preferences and how the logo will be used. The more context you give me, the better the result. We’ll go through all of this in the initial conversation.
